I own 1/6th interest in an undivided estate that is not for sale yet. I am wanting to sell my interest.?

My share of this real property should be between $5000-$10,000 but I will transfer my interest in property or will for $1500. Are there investors that do this kind of purchase. Will sign power of attorney or draft contract.I own 1/6th interest in an undivided estate that is not for sale yet. I am wanting to sell my interest.?
There are some private individuals who invest in this. They would get nothing until the house is sold and that might not happen for 20 years if the other owners vote to keep the house. That is why the selling price would be very cheap.

You would sign a Warranty Deed for your 1/6 share..I own 1/6th interest in an undivided estate that is not for sale yet. I am wanting to sell my interest.?
RARELY.

Best bet is to find another of current owners to buy out your share.

Can go to court to compel a sale, but in this market, not a good idea.
You can't sell your share to an outside party unless the other 5 agree to it.

You should sell to one of them, it will avoid problems.
Offer it to the other stakeholders first.

Why would someone offer to buy my house if it's not for sale?

Some one left a note on my door that said, we buy houses and I am interested in yours. I called out of curiosity and the guy said he's a flipper. I told him my house is not for sale %26amp; I asked why did he inquire he said he found it on a list and said it had rats. What is he talking about? What list? We do not have rats, we have lived here 3 years.

I would sell if it was an offer I couldn't refuse but we didn't even talk money.

I live in Texas if there is some strange list out there saying certain houses have rats and such please let me know where I can find it!!!Why would someone offer to buy my house if it's not for sale?
s.c.a.m.Why would someone offer to buy my house if it's not for sale?
A flipper buys houses for the purpose of selling them quickly. Don't bother about the note, it was a flier, he was just advertising. He wants a house he can buy cheaply and sell quickly for a large profit. I live in Texas also, so if there is such a list, I want to see it.
I get letters like this once in a while. They aren't fliers, they have been hand-written letters. I'm sure that mine are from flippers. We have a large house in a good area and we haven't done a lot of exterior improvements so it looks like there is plenty of potential for profit.

I haven't had one suggest that our house was on a ';rat list';.
the guy probably wanted to buy it because if that list said it had rats he figured he could get for a low price and fix it up to sell for a high price, that's what flippers do. as for that list, I'm sorry but I don't know what that's about.
that man have a large need is your house and he is trying to make the price of your house to go down as much as he can by telling you that there is a rats in your house so donot sell your house to that man because he will not give a good offer at all.
i live in florida and its happend to me before, got a letter in the mail and all it is is deprate real-estate agents that need money
Wow...that would actually scare me a litte.

Never heard of what you are talking about ...maybe he was just making it up to get you to consider selling.

I would wager he is making the ';list'; up.
he just said that to munipulate you. there was no list and no rats he just see yours house as cha-ching$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Because they really want your house and they know that everyone has a price.
They like the location..or they know that the housing market may be down, and want to 'flip' the house. He was BSing you about the rat list.
This sounds like someone is looking to buy property on the cheap. I'd believe about 0% of what you were told.. it's the old fear, uncertainty %26amp; doubt sales technique.
Sounds like a prank to me.....

but I could be wrong.

I am sometimes lol
it's a scam. Do NOT respond.
probably it's a joke or a prank....

How much would you pay for this horse (but hes not for sale)?

he is NOT FOR SALE. Both mom and dad are super super calm. Gelding 15.1 hands, he is a rare palomino paint color and sweet as can be! For real he like runs to you in the pasture and has great legs and conformation. His name is T-Bar and he is 7 years old but does it all! Hundreds of Blues in English, Western Stock seat and jumping. Thinking about reigning him as well. Would walk through fire for his owner. But he is NOT a push button horse, he will try to test you but has never bucked, kicked, bit or reared on anyone even in training. oh and he's not for sale but i was just wondering how much you think he is worth???? He is my baby and i could never sell himHow much would you pay for this horse (but hes not for sale)?
Priceless. How much would you pay for this horse (but hes not for sale)?
15.1H will be worth less than a 16H+ horse.

Palomino paint colors are not particularly rare, tons of horses at the auction are the product of being bred for color.

No pictures to judge his conformation but ';great'; conformation is very dependent on discipline. Walking through fire has no impace on price.

In this market you might get between $5k-$10k. Is he APHA registered? Temperament of the parents have no bearing on his price, however their registration and show records do.
Wow, I JUST bought this exact horse.

Not literally, but pretty close!

Personality, and colour is the same, but he's a little bit bigger, and he's only 5.

I only paid $1000 for my horse because the lady was in a rush to get rid of him, but he's worth about 15 thousand dollars.
I'm sorry to say but in the market right you at least get $500.00. People with at least some common sense. I have seen horses with the best bloodlines..... the greatest horses ever... go for nothing or get tied up and left for nothing. People who can't afford their own food or pay their bills shouldn't own a horse if their not gonna take care of them or the money for them.
What is his blood line? Is he reg? Do you have a photo and video? It is hard to tell without seeing his confo and movement. Dose he ride western now?
Well, I would say at least 4k, but I need to see a picture to be able to tell for sure.
I would pay prob around 7k for him? or 6k. its hard to tell without actually seeing him.
At least 4k. :D
Sound slike a beutiful horse! You are very lucky=]

Mybe no more than 8000
he sounds lovely. maybe you could post some pics? i would pay maximum $8,000 for him
You don't say how high you jump, what level of showing, etc. We cant just take your word for it about his conformation, its better if there were pictures.

Honestly with just the information you have provided, no pictures, and not seeing him move, I would pay about 2,000.

Why does it matter if you ';could never sell him';? Isn't his sentimental value enough to satisfy you?

Edit----

';he is a rare palomino paint color';.... Yeah you did say he was rare....
';Rare palomino paint color';

1. Palomino is not, has never been, and will never be rare.

2. Paints aren't rare, and aren't a color.

3. Palomino paints are not, have never been, and will never be rare.

';he is a rare palomino paint color'; Yes, you did say ';why'; he was rare. He isn't. He's like hundreds of other ';rare'; horses being shipped out to slaughter. Blue eyes, again, aren't rare. Tri-colored paint? Not rare. So let's go through this again.

1. Palomino is not, has never been, and will never be rare.

*pees pants laughing* 15K!? I don't think I've ever heard anything that funny! You just made my day!

  • Is this what the Israeli heckler meant by ';Jerusalem is not for sale, Obama!';?

';An Open Letter to Barack Obama'; by David Ha'ivri

(We know who you are and who your friends are.)

    http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articl鈥?/a>

    excerpt:

Barack Hussein, why don't you just go home? Your visit to Israel this week is not because you're looking out for the wellbeing of Israel and the Jewish people. You're coming to Israel looking for the Jewish vote; your goal is to speak with the Jewish American voters through the press coverage of this tour to the holy land. You want them to think that you took the time off from your busy campaign to further peace in the Middle East. Your hope is that enough stupid Jews will misread the message and take it as an act of support for Israel.

Don't use us or our land as a photo-op to transmit a twisted call for support to Jewish-American voters. You don't fool us. We know who you and your friends are.Is this what the Israeli heckler meant by ';Jerusalem is not for sale, Obama!';?
I hope the American Jews have their eyes wide open when they go to the polls. The fate of Israel is at stake here.

Islam has vowed to destroy Israel time and time again. And Islam is waiting for their boy Barack Hussein to do it for them.

Stay tuned. This ain't going to be pretty. Is this what the Israeli heckler meant by ';Jerusalem is not for sale, Obama!';?
Irrespective of Obama, this so called open letter demonstrates the ';gratitude'; of many Jews/Israeli for the billions of dollars they received from the USA and Germany and for all the other political and military support for their destructive policies and actions. And they want more and more for ever.
Because that disgusting con man, Obama, who belonged to a church of hatred that published the HAMAS charter, would not have been there if cameras weren't there.

    Obama had the Audacity (of Trash-Talking) to say afterwards, ';I mean, people were sort of, like, holerin'. You know I was expecting more reverence.';

It's their wall, Barack, shut up.
Obama is your typical butt kissing, pandering politician with a heaping helping of racist thrown in. I seem to recall old Strom Thurmond gettin a lot of crap for his racist views too. YEARS after the fact. The guy saw a con artist and called him out.
Do you think he ever read the koran? He seems to connect with all his ethnic sides so its probably a high possibility. His former preacher dresses in a muslim/christian attire kinda like minister fafrakan.
It is kinda odd how he's visiting Israel when he hasn't even won the election yet. What the hell can he do with Israel if he loses this election?
Apparently, a shyster can always spot another shyster.
He was simply caught pandering to a group that can recognize a panderer for miles.
Wow! One guy didn't like Obama's visit! That sure means a lot coming from somebody who has no comprehension of international politics!
Yeah that huge Jewish american vote is the end-all be-all.

Someone is overestimating themselves, as usual.

If the original Elvis RCA/Victor not worth anything, are one's that were not for sale?

These were given to dj's back in the sixties and they say not for sale on them, I thought this would make them more rare!If the original Elvis RCA/Victor not worth anything, are one's that were not for sale?
It will have to be in mint condition to be of any real value...If the original Elvis RCA/Victor not worth anything, are one's that were not for sale?
I'm not so sure, but i believe it is worth a lot if it's in mint condicion

I have 45 RPM records that are marked DJ USE ONLY PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY NOT FOR SALE . Are they worth more?

I HAVE STACKS OF 45 RPMS ALL PROMOS WITH SONGS AND ARTISTS I HAVE NEVER HEARD OFI have 45 RPM records that are marked DJ USE ONLY PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY NOT FOR SALE . Are they worth more?
As a record collector, I can tell you that what you have are 45 rpm records that were given by the music labels for air-play and were done so as a promotion to get the artist played on the air. These records also might have music on them that have different 'A' and 'B' sides than what was originally released to the consumer market.

Different records collectors and fans have different ways of putting values on these types of things and while one record collector might say, for example, that a record is worth $50, a true fan or groupie of the artist might be willing to pay $100+.

Another factor (and probably the most important one of all) on basing the value of a record is the overall condition. By this, I mean, you might have a true collectible, but if it has deep scratches and the label is not pristine, it could be absolutely worthless.

I AM NOT IN THE MARKET, personally, OF CURRENTLY BUYING ANY RECORDS, but when I do go out looking for them, one of the first ways I look at a record is to find those with covers that do not show the outline of the record or any signs of wear along the edge that has the title and artist on it. Then, I will hold the record or 45 at a slight angle in the light and look for any deep scratches in the vinyl, itself (some scratching is ok, but the deeper scratching is a sure sign that the record has severe scratching in it) and I will avoid these. I also factor in my personal favorite artists and genre %26lt;my personal taste is music from the 1950s to the early 1990s%26gt; as to figure out what I might be willing to pay for something (and this varies).

You can also go to the local bookstore and find a book called The Official Pricing Guide to Record Collecting in the Collectibles section to get a basis of finding out what your collection might be worth in case you might want to know what your records are worth.

    GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY COLLECTING!
