Can I take my car with me to my country and not pay tax of importing the car - it's not for sale there?

I am planning to go to armenia, live %26amp; work there for a year or two. I want to take (move) my car over there %26amp; drive it there (personal %26amp; business). Do I have to pay any property taxes in the States while the car is not here? And do I have to pay any customs fees taxes in armenia?
