Where can i find the number of bedrooms and baths a house has even if it not for sale and i only have address?

Homes are not taxed on number of bedrooms or rooms in general, they are taxed based on values of its appraisals of like kind property sales in the area. The deeds office cares not how many rooms there are. They only record deeds and subdivision plats. I've never seen home plans in either place, and I've looked thru tons of records in tax and deed searches.

You will have to approach the home owner and ask if the information is important to you. Web sites like Zillow are inaccurate and are risky at best to use for other than a ';guesstimate'; (Zillow rated my home $200K too high) of value. They will not have the bedroom count either unless it is listed with a real estate firm in the MLS.

Curious, why do you want the room count?Where can i find the number of bedrooms and baths a house has even if it not for sale and i only have address?
plans should be on file with the county clerk. call the county clerk and ask for the land records department. they will tell you how to go in and look it up.Where can i find the number of bedrooms and baths a house has even if it not for sale and i only have address?
Tax records? Hmm... I don't think that will actually show bed/bath. Well, then I don't know! Find the plans for the house somewhere?
Alot of counties now have access to floorplans and tax records online. It is typically through the auditor or the assessors office of the county. This is in the US. If you google search one of these offices for your county it should pop up. It's not avaliable everywhere yet but it's getting there.
